FNT 096 Undershirt Classic (2 pack - Black)

Design Note:

This cropped T-shirt draws inspiration from the 1950s, when undershirts made the leap into everyday fashion.

Over the past year I’ve been consulting with established brands on their T-shirts, and I’ve taken those learnings into developing my own garment. Designed from scratch in my research-driven style, everything has been considered – from the yarn to the fabric to the cut.

We start with an long-staple cotton fibre, wrapped in an organic cotton fibre, and knitted at a lower tension to preserve softness and loft. While not a loopwheel T-shirt, it borrows liberally from that technique.

This version is dyed black (also available in undyed/natural). 50% organic cotton.

The cut is neat, with a cropped length and shorter sleeves – versatile enough to layer under an overshirt and flattering enough to wear on its own.

Because undershirts are considered a base-layer garment, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on them once they’ve been worn or tried on. We want to make sure each customer receives a fresh, unworn piece.

Styling Note:

The cropped length pairs well with denim or workwear trousers, and is designed to be worn tucked or untucked (without ruining visual proportions).
